Our return policy is 14 days from day of receipt. If your purchase has passed the 14 day limit we unfortunately cannot offer store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in new, unworn condition with no stains or odors. Original tags still need to be attached. Items must be in original packaging.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Store credit will not be issued until item is returned and inspected by Miaella Marie.

All accessories, jewerly, and intimates are final sale unless damaged upon arrival.
Items are only replaced or refunded if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange the damage item for the same item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Returns will be accepted within the 14 day policy. Customer is responsible for return shipping. All items must be in new condition: unworn, original tags attached, original packaging. Item(s) must be free of stains and odors. (makeup, smoke, pets, perfume, etc.) Items returned will be inspected before any return processes is made.
If you are disappointed with the fit of your purchase, you may exchange your item for the same item in a different size within the 14 day policy. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the size requested is unavailable, you will be issues a store credit that will be valid for 60 days. Exchanges are subject to inspection prior to a credit or item being sent. Item(s) must be in new, unworn condition with original tags still attached.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are not eligible for store credit. ITems that are being returned must be shipped to Maiella Marie and not the manufacturer.
Items that are on sale are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
